Product Replacement and Refund Timeline
Replacement timeline:
- Once you return a product, it may take 2-4 working days, depending on your location, for it to reach our service center.
- After the item reaches our service center, it will take 4-6 working days to check and process your product refund.

Refund timeline:
- After the return is processed, subject to conditions, it may take up to 7-21 working days for the refund to be credited.
- If you choose to receive a refund through Nelooq credit points, it will be processed and reflected immediately in your wallet.

Restocking Fee Policy
A restocking fee of 15% or more will be applicable for product returns, based on the restocking fee policy. Additionally, if you are returning a product that is not defective or damaged but simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, Nelooq may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price.

Cancellation Fee
Orders placed through Nelooq may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% to 10% of the order value in cases where the cancellation is due to external factors other than Nelooq.

Payment Method & Refund Method
Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund time may vary based on the payment method as follows:
- Credit Card (Refund to Credit Card): 7-14 business days
- Credit Card (Refund to Gift Card): Immediate
- Debit Card (Refund to Debit Card): Up to 14 business days

Warranty Product Return & Refund Eligibility Criteria

Electronics & Tools/ Mobiles & Tablets/ PCs & Laptops:
- Eligible for return if unused and in its original condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials should be included.
